4th Sunday of Advent: Faith & Obedience

Mary is the Advent personality Par excellence. She personifies all the waiting, the longing and the hoping of the people of Israel for the Messiah. With faith and obedience she accepted to cooperate with God’s plan of redeeming the world by bearing God’s Son in her womb: “Ecce Tabernaculum Dei cum Hominibus” (Behold, the dwelling of God is with men) (Rev 21:3)
