May 19 : Pentecost Sunday - Renewing and recreating

Today is the day when the Holy Spirit descended upon the infant Church. The church is being constantly renewed and recreated by the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit takes us (1) from fear and confusion to courage and fortitude, (2) from death and darkness to life and light, (3)from slavery to the flesh to the glorious freedom of the sons of God, (4) from dissension and disharmony to unity and peace.
